1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LAZERCRAFT's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America.

2. Description of Services

LAZERCRAFT provides mobile laser cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Rust removal and surface preparation
  • Paint and powder coating stripping
  • Grease, oil, and soot cleaning
  • Graffiti and stain removal
  • Industrial and commercial cleaning services
  • Concrete and metal surface restoration

3. Service Area and Availability

Our services are available in the Denver Metro Area and surrounding regions in Colorado. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and equipment availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service capabilities or area.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to the nature of mobile services. Customers must provide accurate location and project information for proper service delivery.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Prices are subject to change based on project scope and complexity
  • Additional charges may apply for travel outside our standard service area
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. LAZERCRAFT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and accessible work areas
  • Ensuring adequate electrical power supply when required
  • Removing or protecting valuable items in the work area
  • Providing accurate information about surfaces and materials
  • Obtaining necessary permits or approvals for work
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and HOA requirements

8. Safety and Liability

LAZERCRAFT maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and follows all safety protocols. However, customers acknowledge that laser cleaning involves inherent risks. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures
  • Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow instructions
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Delays due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Our laser service is a WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET service. We will conduct a test on a sample of the project to ensure you are pleased with the result. Once you approve the test sample we will complete the project to the best of our ability and based on contaminate being removed and the base substrate. Laser cleaning can't always bring back the substrate to a new condition and there may be marks or etching left from the process. You accept any imperfections that can't be avoided once you approve the test sample and proceed. Once the job is completed and accepted, you release LAZERCRAFT from any liability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LAZERCRAFT and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Colorado law. The arbitration will take place in Denver, Colorado. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado and federal law, LAZERCRAFT's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

14. Force Majeure

LAZERCRAFT shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, government actions, labor disputes, or equipment failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Colorado or federal law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
